Explore service ↗We assess the carpet fibre and the type of soiling before choosing the cleaning chemistry and method. The truck-mounted hot-water extraction system gives us strong heat and suction, while very-low-moisture cleaning can suit some commercial settings.
Older stains, permanent dye changes and wear may remain after cleaning; Brendan will explain what is realistic. Ask for a carpet cleaning quote ↗
With more than 20 years in upholstery and textiles, Brendan checks the fabric, construction and colour stability before cleaning. Sofas, armchairs, dining chairs and other upholstered pieces can each need a different process.
Some delicate or unstable fabrics carry extra risk; we will discuss that before work begins. Ask about your furniture ↗
Odour can travel below the carpet into underlay, smooth edge and the subfloor. We inspect the affected areas and offer a treatment suited to the extent of contamination, often using cool-water methods for urine.
A surface clean cannot guarantee complete odour removal when contamination is deep. Talk through the problem ↗
After a leak or water ingress, we assess where moisture has travelled, extract accessible water and set up drying equipment as needed. Follow-up moisture checks help show whether the affected materials are returning to a dry standard.
For an active water loss, call as early as possible so we can talk through the next steps. Call Brendan ↗
Ripples, loose edges and damaged patches do not always mean replacing a whole room. Brendan checks the carpet, backing and existing joins before recommending a re-stretch or repair. A matching piece from a spare offcut or an inconspicuous area may be needed for a patch.
Age, brittle backing or existing seam damage can limit a repair; we will explain those risks first. Send us a photo of the carpet ↗
A spot may be a removable spill, set-in dye or permanent colour change. We ask what caused it, when it happened and which products have already been used, then test and select a method for the fibre. Quick action helps: blot liquids with a plain white towel and avoid scrubbing or mixing household products.
Bleach damage, some dyes and old stains may not be reversible through cleaning. Ask Brendan about the stain ↗
We can discuss cleaning high-touch surfaces and using ULV fogging equipment where it suits the space and the product. The job is planned around the material, the source of the problem and any access or ventilation needs. Physical cleaning is part of the assessment because fogging alone cannot remove visible soil.
Tell us what happened and what result you need; we will explain what the treatment can reasonably do. Discuss sanitising options ↗
Busy areas need a plan that fits the floor and the way the space is used. Truck-mounted extraction or very-low-moisture methods may suit different carpets and access windows. Hard-floor cleaning starts with identifying the surface and finish before choosing the process.
Send through the site, floor type and approximate area so Brendan can recommend a visit or quote. Talk through a commercial job ↗
Tell us the rooms, fabric and main concern. Photos can help with an initial quote or plan.
Brendan checks the material and condition, then explains the treatment and any limits.
We do the work, explain drying and aftercare, and stand behind our workmanship.
